Dr Rosa responded in minutes to a request for a telephone appointment via reception. He was clear and precise with his questions and speedy to reach the conclusion that I needed to be admitted to hospital.When i arrived they were expecting me because he had emailed and this speeded up their diagnosis. This is not the first time I have been impressed and grateful for Dr Roda s caring attitude and professionalism. Thankyou.

Very understanding, listened and asked all relevant questions. Didn’t get told to see how I go, which is what I normally get told and end up being so ill with a really bad chest infection. Already today my airways feel better with the steroids provided and antibiotics to get them in my system sooner rather than later. I felt like he listened and could see I had done everyone I could to avoid the head cold going on my chest.
